All submitted manuscripts received by the Editorial Office will be checked by a professional in-house. Executiv Editor to determine whether they are properly prepared and whether they follow the ethical policies of the journal.
Once a manuscript passes the initial checks, it will be assigned to at least two independent experts for peer-review. A single-blind review is applied, where authors' identities are known to reviewers.
External review will take three weeks including one week for accept the review from reviewers (for each article the reviewer has three working day for accept the review- their availability and interest in reviewing ). The reviewers use a separate sheet for review which is submitted with the body of article. The evaluation sheet contains 8 evaluation criteria, which will be appreciated by reviewer for each article:
Peer review comments are confidential and will only be disclosed with the express agreement of the reviewer.
The final decision concerning the papers publication belongs to the editor-in-chief or managing editor. And their comments will be returned to the author. There are four possible outcomes:
Upon acceptance, the author will receive an acceptance letter sent by the editor or executiv editor and be required to prepare the paper in MS Word using the template of AJME.
